My journey began on the shop floor, where I learned firsthand the importance of execution, accountability, and solving problems in real time. I’ve ran the machines, I’ve inspected parts, I’ve shipped and delivered parts directly to the customer. After nearly two decades managing multi-million-dollar operations — overseeing precision manufacturing for defense, aerospace, and energy sectors — I learned firsthand that operational excellence means little without cultural impact, financial discipline and systems that scale.

Through years of hands-on leadership, and real-world trial and error, what started as problem solving ultimately formed the foundation and operating system I stand on today.
